He was born on 23.09.1951 in Eskişehir.
It started trading on 09.01.1980. He was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors on 25/03/1992 after he was a Member of the Assembly between 1988 and 1992.
He continued this task for 13 years without interruption until 15/03/2005.
On 15/03/2005, he resigned from his post as a Member of the Assembly for health reasons.
In the election held on 09/05/2013, he was re-elected to serve as Chairman of the Board for 4 years. He is married and has 2 children. He got the grace of the right due to his discomfort on Tuesday, December 26, 2017.
